One setting needs to be changed for existing users!
Ancestry has changed their profile pages to include a “sticky” header when scrolling. We have updated our Advanced Research Tools menu to work seamlessly with this new layout, on both your own tree and others.
With this update, Ancestry’s research tools must be enabled enabled by visiting any profile page and clicking on the “Tools” menu, then selecting “Show research tools”.
This version is currently in the process of rolling out and will update for you automatically in the next few days once approved by Google, Microsoft and Mozilla.
