How to purchase Genealogy Assistant

Step-by-Step Guide to Upgrading Your Plan
  1. Open your browser and click the Genealogy Assistant icon in the toolbar to open the extension’s interface.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the Genealogy Assistant popup panel and click the green Purchase Genealogy Assistant button. If your trial is already expired, you will be automatically directed to the next step.
  3. On the upgrade page, you’ll be presented with three subscription options:
    • Monthly: $3.95 per month.
    • Yearly: $39.95 per year.
    • Lifetime: $59.95 one-time payment.
      Select the plan that best suits your needs by clicking on your preferred option.
  4. After selecting a plan, you’ll be redirected to a secure payment page powered by Stripe, one of the world’s largest and most trusted payment processors. Enter your payment details, including your credit or debit card information.
  5. Once your payment information is entered, click the blue Subscribe button at the bottom of the page (it reads Pay for the lifetime plan). After processing your payment, you’ll receive confirmation that your subscription is active.
  6. You’ll be redirected to the Genealogy Assistant dashboard, where you can see the details of your subscription plan, including plan and payment details
  7. To verify your access, open the Genealogy Assistant popup panel in your browsers toolbar. Scroll to the bottom, and you’ll now see that your account status says You are a premium user.
  8. To make changes to your plan or payment information, click the blue Manage your account button at the bottom of the Genealogy Assistant panel or click here. This will take you to the account management page, where you can update your payment method or cancel your subscription. Your subscription is tied to your email address, not to a single computer. You can install Genealogy Assistant on any of your personal computers and in any browser, then log in with the same email address on each one.

By following these steps, you can upgrade Genealogy Assistant from the free trial to a paid plan, ensuring uninterrupted access to Genealogy Assistant’s powerful features for your family history research.
